This policy details how data about you is used when you access Swoon Brands LLC websites (in this case, https://www.boutiquedestash.com, hereinafter referred to as “Boutique Destash”). If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the date, distribute details via the vendor notifications feature if changes are material, and/or obtain your consent as required by law.

- We take precautions to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of data about you.
- We attempt to verify that every boutique who applies to sell on this marketplace is legitimate and registered to resell in its respective state.
- We provide control to you regarding the information you choose to share on our website via product and flash sale listings.
- Our site policies prohibit copyright infringement including using other boutiques’ product images without authorization.
- We limit the buyer information available to vendors at the time of sale. Only boutique name, shipping address and purchase details are provided in the order email and vendor dashboard.
- Please review privacy policies of any third party sites you access through links on Boutique Destash.
2. Data We Use to Provide Our Services
- Product and flash sale listing data you have provided to us through a listing submission form.
- PayPal address, which is used at time of purchase to redirect to your PayPal account. Earnings are also sent directly from the Boutique Destash PayPal account to your business PayPal account.
- Personal or business data such as name, address, phone number, website/social media links, and email.
- Business reseller registration information including sales tax/reseller ID, sales tax/reseller certificate, and information provided on the mandatory State of Texas Sales Tax Exemption form.
- Web log data (e.g. web pages viewed, access times, IP address, HTTP headers).
- Data collected via cookies (e.g. search data and “Favorite Boutiques” lists).
- Data about your device(s) (e.g. browser, screen size, DOM local storage, plugins).
- Data from 3rd parties (e.g. phone type, geo-location via IP address).
3. Data we store
- We retain data as needed for our business purposes and/or as required by law.
- We make good faith efforts to store data securely, but can make no guarantees.
- You may access and update certain data about you via your account login.
